Situation ManagementSM Workshop
Collaboration between the AAIS and Decision Processes International (DPI) |

Critical Thinking is - or if not, should be - at the heart of what we do. Clear and decisive thinkers attract respect and deliver results. We all understand this. It's common sense.
Why is it then that so many situations are managed poorly? Why do intelligent teams fail to deliver? Perhaps Voltaire was right; is common sense not so common after all?
PURE & SIMPLETM Framework
The biggest impediment to better situation management is the lack of a common, robust framework comprising rapid, repeatable processes.
DPI's Situation ManagementSM framework provides common skills and language that allow you to deliver the results for which you are accountable, in less time, with less effort, and make sure they are aligned to the strategic priorities of your organization.
- Cascade and reflect on strategic issues and the future operationg environment when managing operating level situations
- Rapidly gain clarity before "plunging in"
- Take the right action to address the real cause when something goes wrong
- Get the right balance between decisiveness and risk
- Anticipate and prevent future obstacles
- Identify and exploit future opportunities
- Develop compelling new solutions when existing options are not good enough
- Improve the ability to manage, coach and leverage stakeholders and contributors
Who Should Attend?
For All. Over the last 25 years, tens of thousands of participants have reaped the benefits of DPI's Situation ManagementSM concepts and processes. Although the emphasis and application will change, the framwork is essential at all levels of a Winning Organization!
