Terms & Conditions
Application form must be fully completed and submitted at least two (2) weeks before the event date. Applications are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis and are subject to the availability of room(s).
The applicant is responsible for damages and cleanliness of the premises, the conduct and behaviour of guests and/or participants.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
The AAIS reserves the right to approve or reject any application and amend the Terms & Conditions without notice. The AAIS reserves the right to cancel any booking, in such cases, the full amount will be refunded. The AAIS will forfeit the rental for any subsequent cancellation of the booking by the applicant without notice. The AAIS will refund the rental if written notice of cancellation is received seven (7) working days before the event date.
The AAIS shall not be responsible for all goods, articles or things belonging to the guest and/or participant brought into or left in the premises. Under no circumstances will the AAIS accept responsibility or liability in respect of any damage or theft or loss of any goods, articles or things brought into or left in the premises. The AAIS shall not be liable for any injury or loss of life within the premises and in the vicinity.
