One way for an organisation to stay ahead of its competitors is through the effective use of purchase order management (POM).  In all types of businesses, whether it is slow-moving or rapidly changing, the POM process is critical in achieving a competitive advantage by enabling lean and agile supply chains.

This course will provide participants with the fundamental understanding and application of the POM process within an organisation.
