Supervisors play a key role in any organisation's growth and development, creating a link between employees on the ground and upper management. Sometimes confused with leadership, management is more of an art than a science. Supervisors must manage their resources, such as material, tools, and information, but not their employees.
This course will teach participants to develop effective supervisory skills by improving their leadership and communication skills.
Who Should Attend?
-
Employees performing supervisory roles (newly promoted and/or existing supervisors) who are required to manage staff at the workplace.
-
Suitable for individuals from even non-aerospace related companies who want to know how to be an effective leader in leading and building teamwork.
